At Altrix Fit, we are dedicated to providing products that simplify your health and fitness journey. We believe in the quality of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at info@altrixfit.com.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will likely have entered processing, and we may be unable to make changes. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident our products deliver results, and we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their benefits fully. If you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at info@altrixfit.com with a clear photo of the damage. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered damaged. If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost to you. We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, Altrix Fit cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping issues. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
