At Altrix, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!


Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to the shipping carrier and en route to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Below are the estimated shipping times based on country:

Please note that during peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays outside our control, which may also impact tracking updates. International shipments may occasionally face customs delays, extending delivery times.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to processing delays or order cancellation. If an address issue is detected, our support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm your address. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

If you need to correct your shipping details, please email us at info@altrixfit.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee they can be made after this time.


Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, transportation issues, or other courier-related disruptions. Should this happen, we will work with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.

In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. We will notify you if we encounter any problems that could delay your order.

Please note that Altrix is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we’ll keep you informed of your order’s status and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.


Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@altrixfit.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Once a package is handed to our courier partners, it’s out of our control. We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim, as they may need additional details from you to complete the process.

While Altrix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot provide refunds in these cases, we will assist in following up with the courier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located.
